Rose and Thorn asked the party to enter this house in the Village of Barovia. They claimed that a baby was upstairs and that their parents kept a monster trapped in the basement.
What the party found
Despite the children’s story, the house appeared to have been abandoned for a long time. The party found an empty crib, but no baby or parents. They also fought an unidentified creature near the staircase and used the stairs as a choke point.
