If you roll for a skill that requires a specific ability, but this ability does not make sense in the context, you are allowed to roll with the ability which makes the most sense. As an example, you may wish to Persuasion as an intelligence roll rather than a charisma roll, if you are trying to persuade someone by your intellect.
